Which countries do you ship to?

Our business is based in the Netherlands, but we are delighted to ship worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out to our customer support team at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com  before placing your order — we’re always happy to assist!

Where are you based?

Our office is located in Deventer, but we provide coverage across the entire Netherlands.

Thanks to our partnerships with carefully selected salons, we can arrange appointments in multiple cities — making it easier for you to enjoy our services wherever you are.

How long does delivery take?

Wigs:

To ensure a flawless fit, we offer a complimentary fitting appointment within 2 working days of your order. During this appointment, we check the fit and personally deliver your wig.

If you prefer to skip the fitting, simply email us at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, delivery details, and a clear note confirming that you do not wish to have a fitting. We will then proceed with standard shipping.

Shipping timelines:

  • Ready-made wigs, in-stock hair extensions, hair pieces and accessories: Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom & pre-order items: For custom and pre-order wigs and hair pieces, production begins after your consultation and confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–12 weeks, depending on your selected specifications. For custom and pre-ordered hair extensions, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks.

Please note: Complimentary fitting appointments are exclusively available to customers based in The Netherlands.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 3 working days of placing it if it includes only one hairpiece (ready-made or custom).

If your order includes multiple hairpieces, the first item may be canceled within 3 working days, while the remaining items have a 14-day reflection period.

To cancel, simply email us at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, delivery details, and your cancellation request.

If your reflection period has passed, please refer to our return policy for the next steps.
