Select the style that resonates with you and refine details such as length, cap type, cap size, or construction, depending on the piece. This collection is ideal for those who appreciate a more considered approach — where subtle adjustments make all the difference.

Production time: All pieces in the Pre-Order Collection have an estimated production & delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

Which countries do you ship to?

Our business is based in the Netherlands, but we happily ship worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to reach out to our customer support team through email at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com  before placing your order — we’re happy to help!

Where are you based?

Our office is based in Deventer, but we offer nationwide coverage across the Netherlands.

Thanks to our partnerships with selected salons, we’re able to arrange appointments in various cities — making it easier for you to access our services wherever you are.

How long does delivery take?

To ensure your wig is the perfect fit, we schedule a free fitting appointment within 2 working days after your order is placed. During this appointment, we’ll check the fit and personally deliver your wig.

If you prefer to skip the fitting, simply email us at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, delivery details, and a clear note stating that you do not wish to have it fitted. In that case, we’ll proceed with standard shipping:

  • Ready-made wigs & accessories: Usually ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom wigs: Production begins after your consultation and confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 12 weeks, depending on your chosen specifications.

Note: The fitting consultation service is exclusive for customers based in The Netherlands.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 3 working days of placing it if you’ve ordered only one hairpiece (whether ready-made or custom).

If your order includes multiple hairpieces, you’ll have a 3-day reflection period for the first item, and a 14-day reflection period for the remaining items.

To cancel, simply email us at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, delivery details, and your cancellation request.
