Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order within 3 working days of placing it if you’ve ordered only one hairpiece (whether ready-made or custom).
If your order includes multiple hairpieces, you’ll have a 3-day reflection period for the first wig, and a 14-day reflection period for the remaining items.
To cancel, simply email us at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, delivery details, and your cancellation request. If your reflection period has passed, please refer to our return policy for the next steps.
Can I return a wig or accessory?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns on hairpieces (wigs) and accessories that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. This means that the lace has not been altered, the hair has not been washed or heat styled, and all packaging materials are present.
When you purchase a single hairpiece or item, you have a 3-day reflection period to cancel or request a return. If your order includes multiple hairpieces or items, you have a 14-day reflection period to return the items if you choose to do so.
After this period, returns are no longer possible. If you have requested to have the wig customized (lace cut and elastic band removed) it’s not possible to return, due to customization.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to return the items in the same condition they were delivered, and to cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure it remains in its original, unused condition. If we detect any signs of use, the return may be declined, or a €50 restoration fee may be deducted from your refund.
We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients.
When trying on wigs:
Please use the included wig cap when trying on your wig to keep the inside clean and in original condition.
Important:
For payments made via PayPal, Klarna, or credit card, a processing fee of 8% will be deducted from your refund in case of a return or cancellation. This is due to the non-refundable transaction fees charged by these payment providers.
To begin the return process, email our customer support team at info@sharonsbeautyplaza.com with your name, order number, and reason for return and a video of the wig (or item), confirming your request to return. We’ll then guide you through the next steps for posting the items back to us.
Do I need to cover the costs of the return?
If you decide to return your item, return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please do not ship anything back before contacting our customer support team — we will first need to initiate the return process and provide you with instructions.
Be sure to return your package with a Track & Trace code, so it can be tracked during transit. The current rates for return shipping can be found on your chosen carrier’s website.
Please note: Sharon’s Beauty Plaza is not responsible for lost return packages.
Can I exchange a wig or make changes to my order?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, exchanges are not possible.
If you’re unsure which wig is best suited for you, we strongly encourage you to book a free consultation—this gives you the chance to discuss your needs, ask questions, and view our wigs up close.
Before delivering your final hairpiece, we also offer a fitting appointment where you can try on the wig and share your feedback. If adjustments are needed, we’ll do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.
For custom wigs, please note that once production has started, certain changes may no longer be possible. However, if you need to make an adjustment, reach out to our support team as soon as possible—we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your return in good condition. After inspection, the order amount—minus any applicable restocking fees—will be refunded to your original payment method, unless another method is agreed upon.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear.
