After your initial contact, we’ll schedule your intake meeting within 5 working days. This consultation can take place in person or via video, depending on your preference and our availability. We also partner with a network of salons across the Netherlands, allowing us to meet with you closer to your location whenever possible.
During this conversation, we’ll assess availability and begin understanding your needs and preferences.
There’s absolutely no commitment to continue unless you choose to. However, if you decide to move forward with us, we’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.
Custom Hair Pieces
Our custom hair pieces are created following a complimentary consultation, where we take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. This step allows us to recommend the most suitable approach and determine whether a custom piece is the right choice for you.
Custom pieces are most often chosen by clients looking for wigs, where fit, comfort, and personal specifications are essential. However, we also offer custom hair extensions for those seeking a fully tailored result.
From hair type and texture to length and color, every detail is carefully considered to ensure a natural, comfortable fit. This is a made-to-measure hair piece, shaped around you.
Each custom piece is completed only after delivery and, where applicable, fitting or installation. Created exclusively for one individual, it is intended to be worn by that person alone.
Ready-to-Ship Hair Pieces
Our ready-to-ship wigs, hair extensions, and hair pieces are available directly from our collection and can be shipped without a waiting period. These pieces come in standard lengths, colors, textures, and sizes, and are offered exactly as presented.
Unlike custom and pre-order pieces, ready-to-ship items are not modified during production. They are ideal if you are looking for a high-quality hair solution that is available immediately.
For ready-to-ship wigs, we offer a complimentary in-person fitting appointment and minor adjustments if needed, to ensure a secure and comfortable fit — at no additional cost.
Pre-Order Hair Pieces
Our Pre-Order Collection offers a considered approach to personalization. This selection includes wigs, hair extensions, and hair pieces that are made to order — inspired by the designs you see, and refined to suit your preferences.
Select the piece that aligns with your style, then personalize details such as length, texture, color, and construction, where applicable, to achieve a natural, comfortable finish. This collection is ideal for those who value a tailored result — where each choice is intentional and the final look feels effortlessly your own.
Hair Care & Styling Services
While our hair pieces, wigs, and hair extensions are designed to be low-maintenance, we also offer professional care and styling services for clients who prefer to have their pieces maintained or refreshed by our team.
Each piece comes with detailed care instructions, so you can feel confident looking after it yourself. Human hair pieces can be styled just like natural hair and taken to any salon of your choice.
If you’d prefer, we are happy to provide styling or maintenance — whether it’s a wash and set, a new look, or simply some extra care. Thanks to our partnerships with selected salons across the Netherlands, appointments can often be arranged closer to your location for added convenience and discretion.
